Joe Dog’s Silent Auction raises $22,000 in support of HFFT SNPs in Burlington!

Joe Dog’s Silent Auction has raised over $250,000 for local charities since it began in December of 1999. Each and every dollar raised goes directly to local charities. This year, for the second year in a row, Joe Dog’s will put their efforts in raising funds for Halton Food for Thought.

This year’s event was a HUGE success raising $22,000!  That is a whopping $7,000 over last year’s generous auction support! WOW… just WOW….

Joe Dog’s knows that there are many schools across the Halton District but they have decided to give back to a few schools within their close geographical area, and close to Managing Partner Mike’s heart: Central Public School, Lakeshore Public School, St. John’s Elementary School and Tom Thomson Public School.

Each year, both businesses and individuals together have graciously made donations, small and large, to assist making the annual auction a huge success. Joe Dog’s has always chosen the first week of December with the view that many folks can bid on items as a part of their Christmas shopping routine.

We cannot thank Mike and the Joe Dog’s Team enough for their amazing support of Halton Food for Thought Student Nutrition Programs.

Thank you as well to all those who came out to support Mike, the annual event and healthy, happy student tummies!
