HFFT partners with #GIVEOakville crowdfunding project to raise over $2,200 this year!

Once again Halton Food for Thought is thrilled to have been included in the Oakville Community Foundation, #GIVEOakville online crowdfunding platform.

Together we raised over $2,200!

Halton Food for Thought partners with Boards of Education and the community to operate Student Nutrition Programs in our local schools.

Our universal access programs nourish students from kindergarten to high school and are free of charge to everyone in a school and are reflective of the diversity in our community i.e., inclusion of culturally appropriate foods. Studies show that by feeding students in school, we not only give them the energy they need to learn, but also teach them healthy eating habits that last a lifetime.

We want kids to reach their full potential and lead healthy, active lives!

Thank you to all those who participated in #GiveOakville!  Together we really do #FeedTheirFuture!
