New Program Spotlight: Escarpment View PS

As the school year ends, we are happy to celebrate our newest Student Nutrition Program at Escarpment View PS in Milton! They have joined the Halton Food for Thought family, recognizing the importance of having nutritious and healthy food available to students helps to ensure they are better prepared for the school day ahead.

The program was started by Principal Pina Juresic who has engaged the help of grade 7 & 8 student volunteers to help serve the food.  The menu can include nutritious items like muffins, granola bars, apples, carrots, and applesauce.

We are happy to have Escarpment View PS join us, bringing our programs to 152 schools across Halton.
