This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, using data to inform decisions, improving systems and processes, and bringing people together to achieve meaningful results. Reporting to the Executive Director, you'll help shape our fundraising and communications strategies while strengthening the tools, reporting, and partnerships that support our mission.

You will
  • Lead fundraising and communications strategies that grow and diversify revenue.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with donors, funders, corporate partners, and community organizations.
  • Develop reporting, dashboards, and insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Improve systems, processes, and reporting to help the team work more effectively.
  • Guide awareness campaigns and communications that inspire giving, volunteering, and community engagement.
  • Build consensus across teams and stakeholders to move priorities forward.
  • Represent Halton Food for Thought in the community and strengthen our profile.
You bring
  • Experience in fundraising, philanthropy, communications, or nonprofit leadership.
  • Success developing and growing diverse funding sources and donor relationships.
  • Confidence using CRM, reporting, and digital communication platforms to support planning and decision-making.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to simplify complex information and turn data into action.
  • Excellent relationship-building, facilitation, and communication skills.
